With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 8 years of experience specifically within restoration, Aaron is a Senior Healthcare Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing all facets of a project from start to finish. These responsibilities include estimating, infection control design, implementation of interim life safety measures, managing construction and fast track repairs as a result of emergencies within healthcare facilities. He leads specialized Rolyn teams in the areas of infection control, sterilization, decontamination, remediation, HAZMAT response, and construction. Aaron’s quick thinking and innovative problem-solving skills enable him to address a fast paced work environment and embrace the challenges that arise in this industry on a day to day basis.
Rolyn’s first international project at Complejo Hospitalario in Panama City, Panama was under the supervision of Aaron and his team. He is currently a HAZWOPER Incident Commander and holds IICRC certifications in WRT (Water Remediation Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), FEMA Emergency Management as well as OSHA 30 & OSHA 10 certifications.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Barry University (Miami, Florida) where he played college baseball.
In his free time, Aaron enjoy relaxing and spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. As an avid sports fan, he can be found cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Redskins from his home in Sharpsburg, Maryland where he resides with his wife and two children.
