Hurricane, Storm & Flood

For effective and rapid response to major natural disasters, you need a partner with the highest level of expertise-a partner like Rolyn. When a major storm strikes a region, supplies can be scarce. Rolyn's nationwide network enables us to get supplies, equipment and skilled personnel needed to repair and secure facilities. We know how to position resources before disaster hits, get those resources to our clients, and start work even in the worst of weather. We can even help evacuate personnel, supply power, phones and data systems, and bring in food, water and other necessities.

Water Removal and Drying

Whether your water problem is large or small, water extraction must be executed very thoroughly in order to prevent more severe problems from surfacing in the future. The key to effective water removal is to start quickly and dry completely-not just carpet and wall surfaces, but also framing, insulation, sub-flooring and other structural components behind the scenes.

Rolyn uses moisture meters and infrared thermal imaging cameras to assess the degree of water penetration both at the surface and in the core of the structure. Based on the results of that assessment, Rolyn then applies a variety of techniques and equipment to ensure complete drying, from refrigerant dehumidifiers for smaller jobs, desiccant dehumidifiers for larger projects, and air movers and scrubbers as needed.

Emergency Power

Rolyn can provide emergency generators and power equipment and the trained staff to maintain and monitor the equipment. If your company has its own back-up power systems, we will keep them running smoothly. We can also set up satellite telephone and data systems to replace your usual services.
