As a Priority Service client, you will receive pre-negotiated pricing and terms for labor and materials, as well as Priority Service in the event of a regional crisis, when resources can be scarce. Our on-call recovery team will get to know your property ahead of time, so they can focus immediately on mitigation tasks.
You will be assigned a Rolyn account manager who will work closely with your facility to develop a comprehensive pre-event action plan that takes into account the types of emergencies you may face. We identify your most serious risks, take a complete inventory of your facility, test the plan and train your key employees. We can even stage equipment and supplies in or near your facility to avoid delays in responding to your emergency.
We routinely track weather to identify potential risks to clients in areas prone to hurricanes or tornadoes, and contact clients to help them get prepared in advance of the storm. Good preparation may not stop a natural disaster from happening, but with our Rolyn Priority Service Program, you will know that critical decisions have already been made so we can act quickly when needed.
