Rolyn's complete mold remediation services begin with the deployment of trained technicians to your site. We construct negative air pressure containment to protect unaffected areas. Then we identify the source of moisture fueling mold growth and use the appropriate equipment and techniques to remove that water and dry building materials completely. Rolyn will remove any materials infested with mold, reconstruct areas as needed, clean and restore contents where possible, and fully decontaminate the HVAC system to prevent the spread of mold spores.

Incomplete drying is often the cause of mold growth. Mold spores and their food sources, such as paper and wood, are present in virtually all building materials. The key to preventing mold lies in controlling moisture.


Infection control

Rolyn has substantial experience in working with infection control officers in health care facilities. We can work with your staff to conduct an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), create negative air pressure containment areas, and take all steps necessary to ensure the continued safety, cleanliness and comfort of the health care environment. Our personnel are cross-trained in JCAHO, APIC and state and government compliance guidelines and regulations.


Decontamination

In addition to mold remediation, Rolyn also provides services in the case of contamination by sewage, smoke and soot, and chemicals. If we find that any asbestos or other hazardous substances have been exposed in the course of an emergency or demolition, Rolyn has certified hazardous abatement contractors on call.
