Rolyn’s PSA is a “Pre-Loss” Agreement that puts pricing, billing and response logistics in place -- before services are needed. It essentially allows you to make a decision about prices and capabilities now, before a disaster strikes, instead of in the chaotic midst of a disaster or emergency situation.

Basic No-Cost PSA

Sign up for this no-cost program to ensure immediate telephone response by Rolyn 24-hours a day to your property disaster. You get priority service over non-PSA clients during regional events and predetermined rates.

Platinum PSA

Rolyn’s Platinum PSA program provides a higher level of service for priority disaster recovery designed to reduce response times, improve mitigation efforts, and prioritize property recovery efforts. In addition, it offers a Deductible Buster feature. Your fees accumulate and will be applied toward the insurance deductible of a property loss when you contract with Rolyn. The Platinum PSA is a great way to reduce your out-of-pocket expense for a covered loss and ensure immediate emergency response. Additional facility walk-throughs, scanning of important documents to disk, or other special needs can be negotiated and incorporated into the Platinum PSA agreement upon request.
