Rolyn uses moisture meters and infrared thermal imaging cameras to assess the degree of water penetration, both at the surface and inside walls. Based on this moisture assessment, Rolyn then applies a variety of techniques and uses equipment to ensure complete drying, from refrigerant dehumidifiers for smaller jobs, desiccant dehumidifiers for larger projects, and air movers and scrubbers as needed.

In many emergency situations there’s a utility outage or insufficient power. That’s when Rolyn mobilizes temporary emergency generators to power your facility. If your onsite emergency generators run low on fuel, we arrange for emergency fuel deliveries to keep you up and running. Our formal emergency power assessment helps you plan ahead to minimize business disruptions.

In addition to mold remediation, Rolyn provides services in the case of contamination by sewage, biohazard materials, crime scenes, asbestos, lead, or other hazardous chemicals. During the facility assessment we work with you to identify contents for removal, restoration, cleaning, or repair. We provide a precise inventory of these contents and transport them to a professional cleaning facility for further analysis. Content restoration includes drying and cleaning, microbial remediation, decontamination, and odor removal.

Rolyn can also assist in recovering and restoring vital IT systems, electronic equipment and documents, as well as other types of equipment and systems. Additionally, we have expertise in securing and storing sensitive files that require special handling, such as medical records that must be restored onsite to comply with HIPAA.
